Next Day Delivery

All orders placed before 12:00pm will be processed and shipped the same business day in Dubai. We offer next day delivery service to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Orders placed to deliver other emirates will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Fresh Flower Guarantee

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on orders once they have been shipped. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at [043355310] and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Delivery Restrictions

Please note that we currently only offer shipping within UAE. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.
