At Adore Café et Fleurs, we are committed to delivering fresh flowers and gifts promptly to our valued customers across the UAE. Please review our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

Same-Day Delivery — Dubai

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery within Dubai. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

Next-Day Delivery — Other Emirates

Orders to destinations outside Dubai are processed and delivered the following business day.

Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee of AED 50 applies to all orders.

Fresh Flower Guarantee

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on orders once they have been dispatched. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +971 50 744 6321 and we will do our best to resolve your concern.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver within the UAE only. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
